Oil painting by Henry Milbourne "Drive on Country Lane" Henry Milbourne flourished 1797-1826 Regency landscape painter in Dutch manner, exhibited at the Royal Academy.  Henry Milbourne was a landscape painter who painted views in Wales, Suffolk and Cornwall.  He exhibited 20 works at the Royal Academy and 15 at the British Institution.
