Rare Victorian 18ct Gold Fairy Cameo Pendant

Rare Antique Victorian 18ct Gold Fairy Cameo Pendant. Superb example of a Victorian Cameo decorated with an absolutely exquisite carved fairy. The fairy with wings and holding a swan is carved out of a shell. She is mounted on a large unhallmarked but fully tested mount of 18ct gold of beautiful rich colour. This piece is rare and very beautiful and not to be missed!  It is in excellent condition for its age. The bale is not gold. The Cameo measures 40mm x 35mm x 5mm. The total weight is 7.9g.
