Lovely Victorian 18ct Gold Emerald Diamond Gypsy Ring. This pretty Ring has a row of emeralds and diamonds. The emeralds are cushion cut, the largest of which is 3.5mm x 2.5mm. The old cut diamonds are 2.8mm x 2.8mm. All the stones are set in a lovely old claw setting and set into a thick band of 18ct gold. This ring is hallmarked for 18ct gold and the stamp of the makers mark which appears to read H&C LTD and dates to the Victorian period. A classic and timeless ring which is suitable for everyday wear and which has a good strong 18ct gold band. The ring has a good weight to it and is in overall good condition for its age. The gold has been repolished. However the emeralds are worn on the faceted edges and the diamonds have some inclusions -neither of which can be seen by the naked eye. Size UK M and U.S Size 6 the total weight is 3.4g.
